2022 NOAC Delegate Set

Set is for NOAC 2022 and shows a cardinal with wings in motion. The delegate version shows an evening/sunset sky in the background and features a bronze mylar (BRZ) border. There is a coordinating pocket patch (X29) that is common to both the trader and delegate versions.
