Held at Camp Portaferry; Lodge 357 Adirondack host lodge; RED WWW; SSC; considered as an organizing event more than a conclave. For numbering purposes, this is considered conclave 0 as all subsequent conclave numbers start with the 1954 conclave as the first conclave. There has been debate as to whether this neckerchief was issued for this event or the 1955 event.
