"E13 Conclave"; White Duck, issued for collecting all 8 colors of the lodge trader ducks
Section E13 issues a set of small tradable patches each year at conclave designed to have Arrowmen meet people from other lodges. Each of the eight lodges is designated a color, and conclave delegates are given eight of their lodge's color in the welcome packet. In addition, there are several other colors earned by participating in conclave activities.
