Yellow jacket patch, "SECTION 9 EASTERN REGION" in center, slab serif Ws at bottom. Lodge totems wrapping around, similar to older SE-8 and SE-1 patches. Includes 317 for first time. Same as J1, except GMY border, sold at 2024 Conclave for $50, 2 per person.
