Same as regular issue membership flap with the addition of "2011" in blue at upper right. First offered for $10.at the Lodge Annual Dinner that was originally scheduled for Jan 9th but was rescheduled due to snow and ice for Jan 16th.
Special Flap given to each member who renewed their membership before the April 1, 2011 deadline.
