New Emergency Issue Lodge Flap - The previous S4 Lodge flap was discontinued quickly due to unpopularity of design. This patch was issued until new standard flap could be designed. This patch can be distinguished from S1-3 by thick dark blue outline of owl and teepees. S5c Dark Yellow Moon
