Description

2011 Membership Flap - Prototype.

Design was done by a youth member Carlos Ochoa. Prototype was originally designed with two moons. The design was later revised to have only one moon. The prototype patch was placed into a frame set with the revised design and awarded to Carlos Ochoa at the Lodge Annual Dinner. (Only 1 flap exists)
