Lodge History

Kickapoo Lodge was first chartered in 1938 in the Wabash Valley Council. The original totem for the lodge was a canoe paddle with a "K" on it. Eventually the Thunderbird was adopted as the official totem for the Lodge. Upon merging with Wulakamike #21 to form Jaccos Towne Lodge in 2003, is now the Kickapoo Chapter still utilizing the thunderbird totem. Camps that served the Wabash Valley Council and Kickapoo Lodge #128 were Camp Wildwood and Camp Krietenstein.
