For the OA Centennial Tsali produced a star-shaped Jacket Patch surrounded by four flaps and one odd shaped patch. The flap designs were based on earlier standard flaps and the first issue round (R1). The patch is often pictured as a flap but it was never meant to be a flap and if displayed as a flap all of the text and NC map is upside-down!
