Description

BIC issue cut in shape of a cog stone (lodge totem). "1776-1976" stitched on cog in DBR. "WIATAVA 13" stitched in GRN on white stripe of US flag background. "BROTHERS THROUGH TIME" stitched in WHT on red stripe. "WWW" stitched in WHT on blue union with 5 stars below in line to make a smile. The WWW and stars together form the outline of a smiling face. American Indian figure and Scout in uniform (including Ordeal sash & Red Beret) along the bottom of patch are both holding a staff with an Eagle on top.
