- 'Technically this is a private Issue not issued by the lodge. However the circumstances
around the issue were accepted by the Lodge. Doc Lewis himself designed the patch,
ordered the patch and distributed the patch at the dedication ceremony. This was
widely accepted by everyone in the Lodge as OK. It was originally listed in the
BB as the A5 and I see no need to change that at this point. '
