Though the Blue Book lists this as a Langundowi issue, this flap set was created by Ho Nan Ne Ho Ont Lodge 165 for the 2002 National Order of the Arrow Conference. The flap sets depict the joint trip taken by the two lodge contingents and use the word "MERGER" to refer to the joint trip for that NOAC only.
