Change tracking was not implemented intially, so some early change records do not have details outside of the date of change.

- 'Image from the Lodge 16 public website. This is a ghost* / death**, pre-merger***
flap patch that was to be sold by Tonkawampus Lodge 16 and Agaming Lodge 257 at
the combined Lodge’s Fall Fellowship in November, 2005. One thousand of this patch
were ordered from G & J Patch and Pin along with the ghost / death flaps. from Tonkawampus
and Agaming Lodges. When the shipping container was opened at the Fall Fellowship,
it was discovered that G & J Patch and Pin, in error, had used red glow-in-the-dark
thread, which looks pink, instead of the specified white glow-in-the-dark thread
for all of the patches. Because of the manufacturing error, none of the patches
were released until the Winter Banquet on March 11, 2006, when the correctly manufactured
patches (see the next patch – F2) were also available. Each error patch was stamped
on the back with a custom designed error stamp, before being sold. '
