A semi-embroidered, rolled edge flap with a gray border and a gray twill background. The WWWs are red. The red solid arrow is facing left. Tomahawk has an orange gold handle with a black tomahawk head. The central design is a medium sized Indian head and bonnet. Bonnet has long narrow white feathers with black pointed tips including red bonnet band with two side drops. The Indian's face is orange gold with black outlines. This issue was a regular sized flap and was issued from 1957-1962.
