Description

Issued June 1997; 12 made, 1 immediately destroyed, 11 remain; Handmade by a seamstress in Sylacauga so that's why there are imperfections on the embroidery on top of the border. It looks like she made the complete patch first, then embroidered the background.; Made by the staff adviser, but considered to be an unauthorized patch and it isn't claimed by the council.
