Light brown
A fully embroidered, rolled edge flap, metallic gold border with a multi-colored solid background. Chatoka Lodge 183, WWW, and two arrows are in red. The central design is a white buffalo skull with black detailing. The background has a blue sky with white clouds. To the right of the central design is a stand of green trees with brown tree trunks and green bushes around a two-tone lake with a brown shore line. To the left are bluffs in light and dark brown and yellow with black detailing. A blue and white stream flowing out of the bluffs. Around the buffalo skull are light brown plains with black grass tufts. The last official lodge issue before the merger was restricted to two per life. This flap was issued late in 1976.
