Native American dancer w/ vigil triangle above head, arrow through dancer, NORMAN ALSTON MEMORIAL", RED stitching is not as heavy/thick.
This camporee was dedicated to the memory of Norman Alston, a long time brother and dance team advisor for the lodge. He passed away at the 1982 Dixie Fellowship doing what he loved. These patches were offered for sale to the lodge and anyone who was interested. Therefore there were two different loom runs with slight differences in the thicknesses of the red stitching. The Concord Chapter sponsored this camporee and held their annual call outs then.
