One part arrowhead; Different shape than F4
In 1978, Wyona Lodge changed from Geer Patch Company to Lion Brothers Patch company. This flap, like the F3 and F4,was designed to be a trader issue. The differences between this flap and the similar looking F4 is the color of the deer, the straight legs, the single part arrowhead, and the overall shape. The shape change from the F4 to F5 coincides with that of the S5 to the S6.
