Issued in 1996, this patch was the third jacket patch issued by Wyona. In order to buy this patch, a member had to attend a Lodge winter banquet, a spring and fall induction, and attend a pow-wow. There were 202 issued and each one had a numbered sticker on the back. A single patch could then be purchased for $15, and the process would begin again. The last one was sold in 2002, and the designer was Jay Oram. The Lodge kept #1.
