The counterpart to the S29, the S30 is the second tier of the 2006-2008 participation patch series, requiring about 75% of all events to be attended. There were 50 issued. In 2008, the Lodge issued an additional 6, in order to award everyone who earned the second tier. The flap was issued until 2008.
