BLUE participant pin. Totem (rockfish) shaped.
To be worn on flap or later on R7 or R8.
Issued at annual banquet to any member attending two events plus the banquet in that year.
Conceived by the LEC to encourage member participation, this blue fish pin appeared about 1995. Its shape is the same as the totem on lodge restricted flaps, F12, F2, F3, et. al. Other color pins soon followed to encourage participation in committees, chapters, etc.
