RED special participant pin called CHIEF'S 20. Totem (rockfish) shaped. To be worn on flap or R7 or R8. Issued at annual banquet to members as recognition and thank you by outgoing lodge chief.
Loosely following a tradition by the Delaware State Police wherein the Governor acknowledged the top 50 police marksmen in the state known as the Governor's 50, the RED fish pin was introduced by LEC for chiefs to acknowledge those arrowmen who made his job easier during the year.
