History

Matt Parsons was elected the 2019 National Chief of the Order of the Arrow and the National Planning Meeting in December, 2018. Matt was NE6A Section Chief and is a vigil member of Nentego 20 of the Del-Mar-Va Council, #081, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.
Matt is an Eagle Scout and has received the OA's Founders' Award.

Four flaps were made: two, including this one, were given to Matt to present to others as he sees fit. Two more designs, S109 and S110, are for Nentego 20 members.
