Description

2002 NOAC Issue - produced without Jim Davis' "(c)PAWS" copyright. Council returned most of the supply back to manufacturer who re-stitched the copyright then sold them as the official issue (S22).

Only a handful of the original QS2 examples are known - they were briefly sold at Ransburg during summer camp - trading post staff attempted to re-acquire sold examples but not completely successful.
