History

It was first issued in 1953. The symbolism of the R1 - R3 is carried over into this patch. Background is not embroidered. Backing is white right twill. Twelve rays extending from sun represent the 12 points of the Scout Law. Large bow and quiver. Quiver is totally red. No fleur-de-lis.
