This neckerchief was likely distributed in 1956. This neckerchief is one similar to N2 which was created for members of the Executive Committee. It is a white nylon neckerchief with a red cotton piping around the entire perimeter. It has a R1 patch sewn to it. Note that the R1 on this neckerchief is a variation of the R1 on the previous page.
