The 60th Anniversary pocket flap was designed by Bruce Paulson. 1,000 pocket flaps were ordered from G & J Patch and Pin in April 2004 and were first made available to Lodge members at the OA Summer Kick-Off at Phillippo Scout Reservation on May 19, 2004.
