2004 NOAC Delegate pocket flap (two-piece set); goes with X14
The NOAC 2004 theme is ghosted onto the bear for the delegate set. The only change made to the delegate sets was the addition of the word “DELEGATE” which is ghosted in medium green thread below the bear on the pocket flap and ghosted in light green above the bear on the pocket patch. 125 delegate sets were ordered from G & J Patch and Pin and were received in mid-July 2004. Each contingent member and those lodge members who were on staff were allowed to purchase up to six (6) of these sets.
