History

First issued in 1976. The Corn (positioned below the sun) and the Calumet (Peace Pipe on the right) that were on the F1, S1, and S2 were removed. The remaining mountain from the S2 was removed. This flap was issued during the Vietnam War Era and it is rumored that the Lodge Chief thought the Calumet was a second tomahawk and as a PEACE statement had the second Tomahawk (which ironically had been a Calumet [peace pipe]) removed. Blue horizontal stitch sky. Vertical stitch sun. Horizontal stitch trees. No calumet. Small trees. Small bow and quiver, quiver red, arrow fletching black. No fleur-de-lis.
