In the lead up up to event only 67 members were registered to attend. The event ended up being attended up 112 members which meant there were not enough patches to cover every participant. To cover all the registered members who attended as well as the Gold Card members who did not attend two additional orders of 25 were placed. The first one was placed right before the event and did not arrive in time, and later it was realized that a second order was needed to completely satisfy everyone who should have gotten a patch. Some of the 2nd reorder were leftover and sold in the trading post at the next event.
