First sold at pre-order along with silver set. Unrestricted at $15.00 each. Intended to be a trader set that could also be sold outside the lodge as a fundraiser. Less than 100 pre-ordered of black and silver. Lodge decided to order additional to provide to lodge members at fellowship post Jamboree. This was reported by an Assistant Scoutmaster of Contingent as being approved by the 296 LEC prior to ordering.
