- Approved by the LEC as an early bird dangle. It was intended that 50 were to be
made for those who signed up by a certain date. The trading post advisor had a communication
sent out announcing the preorder of the standard flaps and the conclave flap sets.
In that communication he promoted them that you could pre-order five sets of flaps
to receive one early bird dangle. This change was not LEC approved. However, the
LEC allowed it to occur since the email had already been sent out. Very few members
ordered five sets. To recap, at maximum you could receive two. One from signing
up and being an early bird and one through the pre-order. Some of the 65 delegates
from 296 reported not receiving one at all since they signed up after the early
registration deadline. The registration deadline to get the patch was the weekend
of the Spring Fellowship which was also the deadline for the patch pre-order.
