Change tracking was not implemented intially, so some early change records do not have details outside of the date of change.

- "This patch has traditionally been interpreted as a chapter patch for either Nitapokaiyo\r\nLodge
(390A) or Amangi Mos Lodge (390B) based on the mountains (for Montana), the number
390 (for the lodge), and for the young warrior with a headdress with vertical feathers,
typical of some Blackfeet warriors. Documentary evidence suggests that the Yellowstone
Valley Council operated with three districts or service areas, named unimaginatively
as Eastern (based out of Miles City), Central (based out of Billings) and Western
(based out of Bozeman) and that the chapters used the District names. Other possibilities
for the Oni-De-Sa-Nan-Ca patch may be a very early or late chapter name, or a name
used for another purpose, such as for a dance team, as these existed in \r\nother
Montana councils and lodges. We are seeking more information. Please contact the
Apoxky Aio Lodge if you have additional knowledge of the patch or the chapters of
Nitapokaiyo or Amangi Mos lodges.\r\n"
