Patch is for NOAC 2022 Festival Event and shows a cardinal with wings in motion. The festival version shows a midday/noon sky in the background and features a bronze mylar (BRZ) border. There is not a coordinating pocket patch (i.e., X29 was not issued along with this flap -- this was a single-patch release).
