Production error of S30 with silver error which were mixed in with the correct flaps. Distribution had began before the error version was identified. Remaining flaps were given to Catawba delegates who competed in the ONS conclave competitions. The exact quantity of the "Silver Arrow" version produced and distributed could not be verified.
