Like F3. Oval O in "OA", barbed arrowhead, diagonal stitch DYL in bell, letters in "WWW" same height.
Frank Coltart created these flaps with the intent of replacing a stolen lodge flap collection belonging to Doug Coats, Vigil Adviser. The flaps were given to lodge members attending the 1977 NOAC or National Jamboree to trade for other random lodge flaps. These flaps were then presented to Doug at the lodge banquet.
