Brown hills and hut. Missouri Valley Council; S2 was the fifth item issued by the lodge
A fully embroidered, rolled edged flap. Black border with a multi-colored solid background. WWWs, 52, Chan-O-Wapi, Missouri Valley Council all in red lettering.
The central design is a Mandan Earth Lodge in brown with black detailing. Light green grass surrounds the lodge with small tufts of dark green grass and has a red solid arrow facing left. Background has brown bluffs with a blue sky. The black bordered flaps was restricted to one per winter activity one per year. They were the only restricted issue of the lodge. Even though the flap was used after the council name change no black bordered flaps were issued with the Northern Lights Council name.
