This was a prototype. Extremely small sized issued
A woven, rolled edge flap, possible prototype. Red border with a gray woven background. All lettering on the flap is in red. Arrow has a brown shaft with a red arrowhead and feathers. Central design is a brown teepee with a red door superimposed over a yellow circle and red inner circle. Four feathers on both the right and left sides of the flap have red tips, brown feathers with yellow at the bottom. This was a small sized issued flap. Not sure how many numbers exist. Image was taken at the Scouting Museum in Las Vegas, NV.
