All Vigil Kitchen smokes brisket Memorial Day weekend each year for the upcoming weeks of summer camp at Lost Pines. 2015 had 6 weeks of camp and 3402 pounds of brisket was smoked, vacuum sealed and frozen for Friday night family meal at camp.
