Change tracking was not implemented intially, so some early change records do not have details outside of the date of change.

- "Details from Randy Worcester's original Attakapas Council CSP web site: \r\n\r\n2001-2002
FOS shoulder patch for donation of $100 or more. Designed by Ernie Story.\r\n4/2002
\ Initial Quantity 375\r\n\r\nThis patch makes use of the colors associated with
Louisiana’s Mardi Gras Celebration. Purple represents justice; green, faith; and
gold, power. The red was added to symbolize the Red River that runs through the
center of the council. The colors are in panes resembling the stained glass windows
of the many religious institutions that sponsor units throughout the council. The
stylized Fleur de Lis reflects the area’s French heritage. \r\n"
