At the December 2004 National Planning Meeting, Paul Jensen of Pa-Hin Lodge was elected as the 2005 Central Region Chief. To commemorate his year as Central Region Chief, Pa-Hin issued a special set of patches. The maroon and gold colors were chosen in honor of Paul's college colors (the University of Minnesota). The S27 flaps were created featuring Paul's signature. These were auctioned off as a fundraiser.
