"Beaumont Trail"; Swiss; small (2-3mm top of "T") gap between "Beaumont" and "Trail" TVE; MVE; (see "Additional Images" for varieties)
Beaumont Trail patches are cataloged based on: Swiss versus CD, small gap versus large gap between “Beaumont” and “Trail”, and the width and shape of the arrowhead. Minor color differences in the arrowhead and twill are catalogued as varieties. The major issues are R1 (Swiss, small gap), R6 (CD, small gap), R6.1 (CD, small gap, narrow arrowhead, tan BKG), R6.2 (CD, large gap, wider arrowhead with pointy corners), and R6.5 (CD, large gap, narrower arrowhead with rounded corners). Both R1 and R6.5 have minor variations. R6.5 has minor background twill color variations. The small gap is ~2mm between the top of the Ts or ~5mm between the bottom of the Ts. The large gap is 9mm or greater.
